No-Bake Fruit Salad Cheesecake

Prepare the Crust:
Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Make the Cheesecake Filling:
In a large bowl, blend cream cheese, Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread evenly over the chilled crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
Assemble the Fruit Topping:
Arrange the grapes, cherries, kiwi, and orange slices on top of the set cheesecake. Drizzle with orange juice just before serving.
