No-Bake Lemon Pie RecipeIngredients:
For the Crust:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 12 graham crackers, crushed)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
For the Filling:

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 2-3 lemons)
1 tablespoon lemon zest (optional, for extra flavor)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream (for topping)
2 tablespoons powdered sugar (for topping)
Instructions:
Prepare the Crust:

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are well coated and the mixture resembles wet sand.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. You can use the back of a spoon or the bottom of a glass to help press it down evenly.
Chill the crust in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling, at least 30 minutes.
