Non Sourdough Bread

In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
Add olive oil, salt, and half of the flour to the yeast mixture. Mix until well combined.
Gradually add the remaining flour, mixing until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.
Place the dough in a greased loaf pan, cover, and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
