Oatmeal-Chocolate-Chip Cookies

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Mix Dry Ingredients with Wet Ingredients:

Add Oats and Chocolate Chips (and Nuts, if using):

Stir in the rolled oats, chocolate chips, and chopped nuts (if using) until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Shape Cookies:

Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake:

Cool:
