Peach Grilled Pork Tenderloin – Tender & Juicy!

Ingredients:
• For the Pork Tenderloin:
o 1 pork tenderloin (about 1 to 1.5 pounds)
o Salt and pepper to taste
o 1 tablespoon olive oil
• For the Peach Sauce:
o 2 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
o 1/4 cup brown sugar
o 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
o 1 tablespoon soy sauce
o 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
o 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
• For the Orange-Habanero Mojo:
o 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
o 1 tablespoon lime juice
o 1 tablespoon honey
o 1 small habanero pepper, finely chopped (seeds removed for less heat)
o 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
o Salt to taste
