Pepperoni Pizza Puffs

Cut the puff pastry into squares, about 2×2 inches.
Place a small spoonful of pizza sauce in the center of each square.
Top with a few slices of pepperoni and a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Fold and Seal:

Fold the corners of each square towards the center, pinching the edges to seal and form a small pouch. Alternatively, you can fold the squares into triangles if preferred.
Bake:

Place the filled puffs on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Cool and Serve:

Allow the pizza puffs to cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping, if desired.
Tips:
For extra flavor, you can sprinkle a little Italian seasoning or garlic powder over the tops of the puffs before baking.
If you want to make these ahead of time, you can assemble them and freeze them before baking. Just bake straight from the freezer, adding a couple of extra minutes to the baking time.
These Pepperoni Pizza Puffs are a great finger food that’s sure to please a crowd. Enjoy your party!
