Pumpkin Donut Holes
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For Coating:

1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Batter:

Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) or your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground ginger, and salt.
In another bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. The batter will be thick.
2. Form the Donut Holes:

Air Fryer Method:

Lightly grease the air fryer basket or line it with parchment paper.
Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, drop small balls of batter (about 1-inch in diameter) into the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
Air fry for 6-8 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. You may need to work in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer.
