Restaurant-Quality Shrimp Quesadillas
Ingredients:

For the Shrimp:

1 lb (450 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
For the Quesadillas:

4 large flour tortillas
2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 avocado, sliced
1 cup sour cream (for dipping, optional)
Salsa or pico de gallo (for dipping, optional)
Instructions:

1. Prepare the Shrimp:
Season Shrimp:

In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper.
Cook Shrimp:

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until pink and opaque. Remove from heat and drizzle with lime juice.
2. Prepare the Quesadillas:
Assemble:

Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface.
Sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese over half of each tortilla.
Evenly distribute the cooked shrimp, chopped bell pepper, chopped onion, and cilantro over the cheese.
Fold:

Fold each tortilla in half over the filling to create a half-moon shape.
3. Cook the Quesadillas:
