Retro Coconut Impossible Pie

1️⃣ Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10-inch pie dish thoroughly to ensure the pie doesn’t stick.

2️⃣ Combine the Ingredients: In a medium bowl, mix the sugar, Bisquick, melted butter, milk, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth and well combined.

3️⃣ Pour into Pie Dish: Pour the batter into the greased pie dish, leaving a little room as it will rise during baking. Let it sit for about 5 minutes.

4️⃣ Add Coconut: Sprinkle the flaked or shredded coconut evenly over the pie mixture.

5️⃣ Prepare for Baking: Place the pie dish on a baking sheet lined with foil to catch any spills. Position it on the middle rack of the oven.

6️⃣ Bake: Bake for 35-45 minutes until the top is golden brown, the center is slightly jiggly, and a knife inserted near the edge comes out clean.

7️⃣ Cool the Pie: Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool completely. It’s normal for the pie to deflate a bit as it cools.
