Skillet Balsamic Pork Chops with Peaches and Gorgonzola

Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in balsamic vinegar and honey. Cook until slightly thickened.
Add peach slices to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes until warm.
Return pork chops to the skillet, spooning sauce over them.
