Slow Cooker Lasagna Magic

Sauté ground beef and onion in a pan for 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in red wine and simmer until reduced. Add marinara, seasonings, and parsley, and simmer for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, mix ricotta, cottage cheese, egg, 1 cup mozzarella, and parsley.
Lightly oil the crockpot. Layer marinara, noodles, meat sauce, mozzarella, and cheese mixture. Repeat for 3 layers.
