Smoky Red Pepper Sauce

Soak the dried chiles in warm water for about 20 minutes until they soften.
In a blender or food processor, combine the soaked chiles, roasted red peppers, tomato paste, garlic cloves, ground coriander, ground cumin, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, sea salt, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
While the blender is running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the sauce is well combined and has a smooth consistency.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, adding more salt or lemon juice according to your preference.
Transfer the sauce to a jar or airtight container and store it in the refrigerator until ready to use.
This smoky red pepper sauce is perfect for adding depth and flavor to grilled meats, vegetables, or as a dipping sauce. Enjoy!
