Spicy Mongolian Beef Noodles

Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and brown it, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks.
Add the sliced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, grated ginger, and chili flakes. Cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
Toss the cooked noodles with the beef mixture in the skillet. Mix well to ensure the noodles are coated with the sauce.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
