Sticky Cinnamon Roll Baked Oatmeal

Assemble: Pour the oatmeal mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Drizzle the cinnamon swirl mixture over the top. Use a knife or a toothpick to swirl the cinnamon mixture into the oatmeal.
