Stuffed bell peppers: this recipe is so simple and delicious

Directions:

1. First chop the onion and sauté in oil.
2. Then add garlic, tomato puree and a teaspoon of tomato paste.
3. Then add rice, salt, parsley, spices, boiling water and cook.
4. Cut, empty and wash the peppers well.
5. Put them in a pan with tomato sauce and stuff.
6. Bake at 180 hrs for 35-40 minutes.
