White Chocolate Cranberry Fudge
Ingredients:
3 cups white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Prepare the Pan:
Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a bit of an overhang for easy removal later. Lightly grease the parchment paper.
Melt the White Chocolate:
In a large saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
Add Vanilla and Salt:
Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt until well combined.
Mix in Cranberries and Nuts:
Gently fold in the dried cranberries and chopped nuts (if using) until evenly distributed.
Transfer to Pan:
