Zesty Lemon Butter Fish Fillet

Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the fish to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is golden and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove the fish and set aside on a serving plate.
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to low and add the butter and garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
Stir in the lemon juice and parsley, then pour the butter sauce over the fish.
