Easy Crepes Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups milk
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons melted butter (plus extra for cooking)
Instructions:
Prepare the Batter:

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and milk until smooth and free of lumps.
Add the eggs and melted butter to the bowl, and whisk until the batter is well combined. The batter should be thin and smooth.
Let the Batter Rest:

Allow the batter to rest for about 15-30 minutes. This helps the flour to absorb the liquid and makes the crepes more tender. If you’re short on time, you can skip this step, but resting the batter improves the texture.
Preheat the Pan:

Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Lightly grease the pan with a small amount of butter. You can use a paper towel to spread and absorb any excess butter.
Cook the Crepes:

Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the center of the pan. Quickly tilt and swirl the pan to spread the batter evenly into a thin layer.
Cook for about 1-2 minutes, or until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly golden brown.
Flip the crepe using a spatula or by gently tossing it if you’re confident enough. Cook the other side for another 1 minute until golden.
