Bisquick Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients:
For the Dough:

2 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1 large egg
For the Filling:

1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
For the Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Dough:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix the Bisquick baking mix, milk, granulated sugar, melted butter, and egg until a soft dough forms.
2. Roll Out the Dough:

Lightly flour your work surface and rolling pin. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, about 1/4-inch thick (12×8 inches works well).
3. Add the Filling:

Brush the rolled-out dough with the melted butter.
In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the buttered dough.
4. Roll and Slice:

Starting at one long edge, carefully roll the dough into a tight log.
Slice the rolled dough into 1-inch wide slices and place them in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
5. Bake the Cinnamon Rolls:
