Sweet Potato Casserole with Marshmallows
Ingredients:

For the Sweet Potato Mixture:

4 cups cooked sweet potatoes (about 4 medium sweet potatoes), peeled and mashed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk (whole milk or cream works best)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
For the Topping:

2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions:
Prepare the Sweet Potatoes:

Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into chunks. Boil in a large pot of water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
Drain and mash the sweet potatoes until smooth. You can use a potato masher or a hand mixer.
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix the Sweet Potato Mixture:

In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes with granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Transfer to Baking Dish:
