Ingredients:

For the Pretzel Crust:

2 1/2 cups crushed pretzels (about 8 ounces)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Peanut Butter Filling:

1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Hot Fudge Sauce:

1 cup heavy cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
For Garnish (optional):

Whipped cream
Additional crushed pretzels
Chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips
Instructions:

1. Prepare the Pretzel Crust:

Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix Crust Ingredients:

In a medium bowl, combine crushed pretzels, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined and the mixture resembles wet sand.
Press Crust:

Press the pretzel mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
Bake:

Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Allow it to cool completely before filling.
2. Prepare the Peanut Butter Filling:

Mix Filling:

In a large bowl, combine creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
Fill Crust:

Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the cooled pretzel crust.
3. Prepare the Hot Fudge Sauce:

Heat Cream:

In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Do not boil.
Add Chocolate:

Remove from heat and stir in the semi-sweet chocolate chips until completely melted and smooth.
Add Corn Syrup and Vanilla:

Stir in the corn syrup and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Cool Slightly:

Allow the hot fudge sauce to cool slightly before spreading it over the peanut butter filling.
4. Assemble and Chill:

Add Hot Fudge Sauce:

Pour and spread the hot fudge sauce evenly over the peanut butter filling.
Chill Pie:

Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours, or until the filling and hot fudge sauce are set.
