Minty Grasshopper Rice Krispie Treats
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 package (10 oz) mini marshmallows
6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
1 cup mint-flavored Oreos (about 8-10 cookies), chopped
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional, for extra chocolatey goodness)
1/2 teaspoon mint extract (optional, for extra mint flavor)
Instructions:
Prepare the Pan:
Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray. Set aside.
Melt Butter and Marshmallows:
In a large saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth. If using mint extract, stir it in at this stage.
Add Cereal and Oreos:
