Spicy Roasted Chickpeas
Ingredients:

2 cans (15 oz each) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste for heat level)
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon chili powder (optional, for extra spice)
Instructions:

Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare Chickpeas:

Pat the chickpeas dry with paper towels. Removing excess moisture helps them get crispy.
Season Chickpeas:

In a large bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, and chili powder (if using). Make sure the chickpeas are evenly coated with the spices.
