Sticky Honey Garlic Chicken
Ingredients:

1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Sauce:

1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic (about 3 cloves)
1 tablespoon minced ginger (optional, for extra flavor)
1 tablespoon rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
For Garnish (Optional):

Sesame seeds
Chopped green onions
Instructions:

1. Prepare Chicken:
Season Chicken:

Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
Cook Chicken:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
2. Make the Sauce:
Combine Sauce Ingredients:

In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger (if using), and rice vinegar.
Thicken Sauce:

In another small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in water. Add this mixture to the honey-soy sauce mixture.
