Ingredients:

For the Breakfast Burritos:

1 pound breakfast sausage (or bacon/ham, if preferred)
1 cup frozen hash browns (or freshly shredded potatoes)
6 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
Salt and black pepper to taste
4 large flour tortillas
For the Homemade Sauce:

1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
