1. Prepare the Meat:
Cook Sausage:

In a large skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until fully browned and crumbled. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Cook Hash Browns:

In the same skillet, add a bit of oil if needed and cook the frozen hash browns according to package instructions until crispy and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
2. Prepare the Eggs:
Whisk Eggs:

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
Cook Eggs:

Warm Tortillas:

Heat the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until warm and pliable.
