Orange Creamsicle Fudge
Ingredients:
For the Fudge:

2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
1/4 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed or store-bought)
1 tablespoon orange zest
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Orange food coloring (optional, for a vibrant look)
For Garnish:

Additional orange zest or sprinkles (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Pan:

Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal. Lightly grease the parchment paper.
Make the Fudge Base:

In a medium saucepan, combine the granulated sugar, butter, and heavy cream. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Once it reaches a rolling boil, continue to cook and stir for about 4-5 minutes until it reaches the soft ball stage (around 234-240°F or 112-115°C).
Add White Chocolate and Marshmallow Fluff:

Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in the white chocolate chips and marshmallow fluff until fully melted and smooth.
