Ingredients:

1 pound ground chicken
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (preferably whole wheat)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a bit of heat)
For Serving:

Marinara sauce (for dipping or topping, optional)
Cooked spaghetti (for serving, optional)
Steamed vegetables (for serving, optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Prepare the Meatball Mixture:

In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix gently until all ingredients are well combined. Avoid overmixing, as this can make the meatballs tough.
