Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
(Optional) 1 tablespoon sugar for a slightly sweet batter
Instructions:
Prepare the Batter:

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour and sugar (if using).
In another bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten. Add the milk and melted butter, and mix until combined.
Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, whisking continuously to avoid lumps. Continue whisking until the batter is smooth and well combined.
Rest the Batter (Optional but Recommended):

Let the batter rest for about 15-30 minutes at room temperature. This allows the gluten to relax, resulting in more tender crepes. If you’re short on time, you can skip this step, but resting improves texture.
