Grilled Steak and Potato Packets
Ingredients:
For the Packets:
1 lb (450 g) steak (such as sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized cubes
4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced (or use baby potatoes, halved)
1 bell pepper, diced (any color)
1 onion, diced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried rosemary or thyme (or 1 tbsp fresh rosemary or thyme, chopped)
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Grill:

Preheat Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Prepare the Ingredients:

Season Steak: In a large bowl, combine the steak cubes with olive oil, garlic, rosemary or thyme, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Prepare Vegetables: In another bowl, toss the diced potatoes, bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms (if using) with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.
