Luscious Chocolate Strawberry Brownies

Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1/2 cup strawberry preserves
1/4 cup dark chocolate, melted (for drizzling)
Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides to make it easy to lift the brownies out later.

Mix the Wet Ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, making sure to beat well after each one. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Add the Dry Ingredients:
Sift the flour, cocoa powder, and salt into the wet mixture. Gently fold everything together until just combined—be careful not to overmix.
