Bacon Jalapeño Popper Bites
Ingredients:
12 fresh jalapeño peppers
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
12 strips of bacon, cut in half
Toothpicks (for securing)
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
Prepare the Jalapeños:

Wash the jalapeños and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and membranes carefully. You can use gloves to prevent the oils from irritating your skin.
Make the Filling:

In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika until well combined.
