Ingredients:

For the Blueberry Filling:

4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
For the Crisp Topping:

1 cup old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into small pieces
Instructions:
Air Fryer Method:
Prepare the Blueberry Filling:

In a large bowl, combine blueberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and salt. Toss until the blueberries are evenly coated.
Prepare the Crisp Topping:

In another bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Assemble and Cook:

Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
