Ingredients:
4 chicken fillets
500 g mushrooms
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
200 ml cream
100 ml white wine (optional)
100 ml chicken broth
100 g grated cheese (e.g. Gouda or Emmental)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
