Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Dough:

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil together until well combined.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. The dough will be thick and sticky.
2. Chill the Dough:

Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight. Chilling helps the dough firm up and makes it easier to handle.
3. Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
4. Roll and Coat:

Place the powdered sugar in a small bowl.
Scoop out tablespoon-sized balls of dough and roll them into balls. Roll each ball in the powdered sugar, coating it generously.
