Coffee Jelly

Ingredients:

4 cups strong brewed coffee
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 (1.75 ounce) package powdered pectin
Directions:

In a large pot, combine the brewed coffee, sugar, and brown sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring until the sugars are completely dissolved.

Once the mixture reaches a boil, stir in the powdered pectin. Return to a full rolling boil, and boil hard for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
