Creamy Alfredo Pizza

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to preheat as well.
Prepare the Alfredo Sauce:

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with salt, black pepper, and nutmeg (if using). Remove from heat.
Prepare the Pizza Dough:

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
