Ingredients:

8 chicken drumsticks
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Honey Mustard:

1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
Lemon Pepper:

1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Garlic Parmesan:

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried parsley
Instructions:

Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare the Drumsticks:

Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels. This helps to achieve crispy skin.
Season the Drumsticks:

In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Toss the drumsticks in the seasoned oil mixture until they are well coated.
Bake the Drumsticks:

Arrange the drumsticks on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy. You can check doneness with a meat thermometer; the internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
