Easy Chicken Alfredo
Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 large chicken breasts, thinly sliced or cubed
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
8 ounces fettuccine pasta (or your favorite pasta)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:

1. Cook the Pasta:
Boil Water:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook Pasta:

Add the fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Cook the Chicken:
Season Chicken:

Season the sliced or cubed chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Cook Chicken:

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
3. Make the Alfredo Sauce:
Sauté Garlic:

In the same skillet, add a bit more olive oil if needed and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add Cream and Milk:

Lower the heat to medium. Pour in the heavy cream and whole milk. Stir and bring to a simmer.
Add Cheese and Butter:

Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese and butter until melted and the sauce is smooth. Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly.
Season Sauce:
