These Monster Cookies are mega-soft, extra thick, and packed with M&Ms, chocolate chips, oats, and creamy peanut butter. Plus, there’s no need to chill the dough, making them a quick and delightful treat!

Ingredients:

For the Cookies:
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups old-fashioned oats
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup M&Ms (or other candy-coated chocolates)
Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
Prepare the Cookie Dough:

In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter until creamy and smooth.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract.
