Easy Pumpkin Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients:
For the Pumpkin Bars:

1 cup canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
For the Cream Cheese Frosting:

8 oz (1 package) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan, or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
2. Prepare the Pumpkin Bars:

In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and oil (or melted butter) until well combined.
Beat in the eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
