Homemade Meat Lovers Pizza

Prepare the Dough:

In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes, or until it becomes frothy.
In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil.
Mix until the dough starts to come together. Turn it out onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes, until the dough is smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with a damp cloth or plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-1.5 hours, or until doubled in size.
Prepare the Toppings:

While the dough is rising, cook and prepare your meats. For the sausage, bacon, and ground beef, cook until crispy and drain on paper towels. Slice the pepperoni and chop the ham.
Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.
Assemble the Pizza:

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it in half if making two pizzas, or keep it whole for a large pizza. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Transfer the dough to a floured pizza peel or parchment paper if using a pizza stone, or directly onto a pizza pan or baking sheet.
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
Distribute the cooked meats evenly over the cheese.
Bake the Pizza:
