Ingredients:
1 fully cooked spiral-cut ham (8-10 pounds)
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup maple syrup (optional)
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar or orange juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Ham:

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
Remove the ham from its packaging and place it, cut side down, in a large roasting pan. If the ham is not pre-sliced, use a sharp knife to score the surface in a diamond pattern. This helps the glaze penetrate and flavors the meat.
2. Prepare the Glaze:

In a medium saucepan, combine the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, maple syrup (if using), apple cider vinegar or orange juice, ground cloves, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and black pepper.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved and the glaze is smooth and slightly thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
