Moist Homemade Muffins
Ingredients:
For the Muffins:

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup buttermilk (or milk with 1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, chocolate chips, or chopped nuts (optional)
For the Streusel Topping (optional):

1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into small pieces
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
Prepare the Muffin Batter:

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir just until combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay. Fold in any optional add-ins like blueberries, chocolate chips, or nuts.
Make the Streusel Topping (if using):

In a small bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in the cold butter using a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Fill the Muffin Tin:
