Ingredients:

1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional, for extra flavor)
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven:
Heat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Prepare Cauliflower:
Toss with Oil and Seasonings:
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil until evenly coated.
Add the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika (if using), salt, and black pepper. Toss again to ensure the cauliflower is well seasoned.
3. Roast Cauliflower:
Arrange on Baking Sheet:

Spread the cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet. For best results, use parchment paper to prevent sticking.
Roast:

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender. Toss halfway through for even roasting.
