Pecan Caramel Turtle Candy Bars Recipe

**Ingredients:**

– 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– ½ cup granulated sugar
– ½ tsp salt
– 2 cups chopped pecans
– 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
– 12 oz caramel bits or soft caramels
– 1 tbsp heavy cream
– 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
– 1 ½ tsp vegetable oil

**Instructions:**

1. **Preheat Oven and Prepare Crust:**
– Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and grease it well.
– In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, flour, sugar, and salt. Stir until well mixed and a dough forms.
– Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.

2. **Add Pecans and Sweetened Condensed Milk:**
– Sprinkle the chopped pecans evenly over the crust.
– Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the pecans, spreading it evenly.
