Stuffed bell peppers: this recipe is so simple and delicious

Ingredients:

2 Large peppers
1 Onion
Olive oil
Parsley
1 clove of garlic
Tomato sauce 150g
Rice for risotto ( Arborio or Carnaroli ) 200g
Fresh parsley
Salt and pepper
Sweet paprika
Ginger
Coriander
Turmeric
Boiling water for cooking rice about 950ml
Tuna in olive oil 150g ( you can replace it with cooked chickpeas )
Tomato sauce 150g
Salt
olive oil
Water 100ml
Grated parmesan
